The new and improved Populator now permits online updates and purges.
Please watch it with the Purge button, however; it will replace
all
your PopShops inventory with the contents of the new file.
File types permitted are:
UIEE files, such as Booktrakker and Fillz
Homebase .txt files
.csv comma-delimited text files. In order to use Excel, please download a
.csv template here
, and fill in the columns using your own data.
If you use a file type not listed here, we're happy to transfer your files to a permissible Popshops format. Please contact us for details at

* After sending your file through the Populator, please wait for your confirmation message. It will include the total number of your uploads, plus an error report, if applicable.
* Your inventory will appear on the live site within 48 hours of upload (we're working on making this faster.)
* Each Popshops order generates a separate email for you. Please read the email carefully, as it contains important information regarding order confirmation and shipping arrangements.

For your reference, please see the various fields you can use for preparing
Populator uploads in the table below, with applicable size limitations.
Please note, blank or invalid values will be replaced by default values
where appropriate. If required values are left blank or are invalid, and
no default value is available, the item will not be uploaded, and you'll
receive the relevant error report with your confirmation message.
UNIQUE INVENTORY NUMBERS
: Your inventory
number system will only work properly on PopShops if you use unique inventory
numbers: use of duplicates, or re-using old inventory numbers for new items,
may cause strange results! We do not check your inventory numbers for uniqueness.
