The Brick House, Popula’s new cooperative home, is a bit rough around the edges still. It’s not a slick corporate product, because we aren’t a slick corporation. We are a group of writers and journalists, and we are figuring out a better, fairer and more stable way to bring you independent art, criticism, news and culture.
Amateur means “someone who loves,” and the Brick House is definitely Amateur Hour.
